As you may have noticed, I rarely send mass emails. In fact, I can probably count on one hand how many I’ve sent over the past ten years. I know you already get plenty of those from other companies in the bike industry, and don’t need a weekly reminder that I’m still here.
That said, I do have a couple of updates (see below) that I think are worth sharing.

New Shipping / Office Schedule
I’m moving to a Tuesday–Thursday work week. I know — crazy, right? Just who do I think I am? Well, over the past several years I’ve been gradually scaling back, and now things are at a point where this makes sense—at least for me. If it sounds like I just want to work less and head out for long weekends with my mountain bike… well, that sounds about right! I’ve always allowed up to three business days for orders to ship. Just because 95% of orders went out within 24 hours (often same day) never meant that was guaranteed—it was just something I did when I could. If I don’t have anything better to do on Mondays and Fridays, I may still ship orders and answer calls on those days. Going forward, though, my official schedule will be Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. If you have an urgent need, feel free to call or text—I’ll do my best to help. Honestly, if I hadn’t mentioned this change, I’m not sure many of you would have noticed.
Spring Break
BikeHubStore will be closed from March 27th through April 5th. During this time, no orders will ship and no phone calls or emails will be answered. The website will remain open, and you’re welcome to place orders, but shipping will not resume until Monday, April 6th. I’ll do my best to ship all orders placed before 9:00 am on Thursday, March 26th (excluding logo orders). Going forward, I will occasionally pause operations for some “I’ll-worry-about-it-when-I-get-home” vacations — just like many other small business owners do. I’ll always provide advance notice when I plan to be away. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Closeout / Inventory Reduction Sale
I almost never run sales—or at least don’t announce them by email. Occasionally I list discounted items on the website, but I haven’t made a real effort to clear out older or overstocked inventory. But I think I’m going to start doing a little of that. So, below are some items I’m closing out or simply have too many of. Maybe there’s something here you can use. These prices will remain in effect while supplies last or inventory has been sufficiently reduced. Over the coming months, I’ll likely send a few more emails with similar deals.

I’ve been selling Kinlin rims for 15 years – they’ve been a great product. But long lead times, new space constraints, tariffs, and the difficulty of anticipating demand (already low for alloy rims), has become too difficult to manage. So, I’m closing them out at reduced prices.
If you buy 10 rims, mixed and matched as you wish, I’ll take another 10% off these already reduced prices. This additional discount will be applied after the order is completed. Just add the note 10% OFF 10 KINLINS in the order notes. Must purchase in 10 rim increments for 10% discount.
