Alternative Views:	Pillar PSR (Pillar Spoke Reinforcement) spokes have a reinforced neck (2.2mm) for extra strength where it's needed. Unlike traditional triple butted spokes, these are not necked down from 13g wire, but are made from 14g wire with a reinforced neck, offering both cost and weight savings. The PSR TB2017 has 2.2 - 1.7 - 2.0 profile and is a good middle ground between standard 2.0-1.8-2.0 and a lightweight 2.0-1.6-2.0 or 2.0-1.5-2.0 butted spoke. All PSR TB2017 spokes come with 20mm of barrel after the threads, which allows for greater flexibility if you want to cut them down to shorter sizes.
