Subject: Important BikeHubStore.com Ownership and Privacy Notice

Dear BikeHubStore.com Customer,

BikeHubStore.com LLC has agreed to sell the BikeHubStore.com operating business and its goodwill to Goldfinch Cyclery, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We expect Goldfinch Cyclery to continue operating BikeHubStore.com after the sale closes.

As described in our Privacy Policy, customer information may be transferred in connection with the sale of the business. This email provides advance notice of that transfer.

WHAT WILL BE TRANSFERRED

Customer information reasonably needed to continue the business may be transferred, including your name, contact information, shipping and billing addresses, account information, order and transaction history, customer-service records, and email marketing preferences, including any unsubscribe requests.

SAVED PAYMENT INFORMATION WILL BE DELETED

Saved payment information associated with customer accounts will be deleted before any customer information is transferred to the buyer. If you want to save a payment method for future purchases after the ownership change, you will need to enter it again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

PRIVACY POLICY UPDATE

We have updated our Privacy Policy to explain how customer information may be handled in a sale, acquisition, or other change in ownership of BikeHubStore.com. The update applies only to information collected after the update. It does not change the privacy commitments that applied when your existing information was collected.

YOUR CHOICES BEFORE THE TRANSFER

If you do not want your account information transferred to the new owner, please email us at [email protected] by October 20, 2026, and ask us to delete your account. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it.

You can also remove your saved addresses and payment information in the “My Account” section of BikeHubStore.com. After the transfer, you may also ask the new owner to delete your account information.

Please note that BikeHubStore.com LLC may retain certain transaction records when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes. A deletion request therefore may not remove every historical business record associated with a purchase.

To change your email subscription preferences, use the “My Account” section of BikeHubStore.com or the “Unsubscribe” link in this email.

If you are comfortable with your information being transferred to the new owner, you do not need to do anything.

TIMING

The transfer is expected to occur on or after October 22, 2026, at least 20 days after this notice is sent. We have set the October 20 deadline so that requests can be processed before customer information is transferred.

After the sale, the new owner may publish its own privacy terms for information it collects going forward. Any use of your historical information remains subject to the commitments that applied when it was collected and to applicable law.

I am committed to making this transition as seamless as possible, and I will remain involved with BikeHubStore.com for some time after the sale.
