How do I return an item?
We will accept returns for unused, undamaged items in new, resalable condition within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Such returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Just email us at email@example.com in advance to let us know and include the original invoice with your return. Please allow up to five business days for your refund to be processed from the time we receive your return.
We will replace or refund any item that is damaged or defective upon receipt. In most cases, a photograph or video will provide sufficient proof. We will send out the replacement along with a return label. If you would like a refund, you will need to ship back the item using the least expensive method possible. We will then reimburse you for the cost of shipping if the item is indeed damaged or defective. If you use an item for beyond 30 days, we will only replace the item, not refund it.
Spokes: We will only accept returns on spokes that are in absolutely new, unused condition. If the spokes have been laced, tensioned, have spoke prep on them, etc., they cannot be sold as new and cannot be returned. We never guarantee spoke lengths, even ones we recommend.
