We charge a one-time logo set up fee. This fee covers modifying your logo file for use with the laser, consulting with you in case the logo needs to be changed, and testing the logo on a hub shell.
1) We do not charge this fee until you are satisfied with the logo's appearance and wish to go forward.
2) Consider this fee as part of the cost for the first hub you have logo-ed. We have no plans to discontinue this service, which is unique in the industry. It's driven a great deal of interest in Bitex hubs and only makes sense for us to continue doing it. That said, we still reserve the right to discontinue this at any time for any reason. The logo setup fee will not be refunded if that occurs.
